1.2. B2B Expansion: If you are a commercial or B2B client utilizing our outsourcing services (such as QA testing, scriptwriting, or audio engineering), these Terms apply to you and expand upon any specific commercial agreements or licenses we have established with you.

2. Our Artifacts and Intellectual Property

All software, games, applications, educational content, and digital services ("Artifacts") produced by Unique Creators remain the sole intellectual property of our enterprise.

2.1. Licensing, Not Ownership: When you purchase, subscribe to, or download any of our Artifacts (such as HandCricket, Screen Search, or our Lua scripts), you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use that Artifact. You are not the owner of the product or service.
2.2. Usage Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from selling, distributing, modifying, or reverse-engineering any of our Artifacts.
2.3. Audio and Sound Copyrights: All audio productions, original music, sound designs, and voiceovers produced by Luna Creative Production (LCP) and our Audio & Music Studio are copyrighted by Unique Creators. You may not use, sample, or distribute our sound assets without explicit, written approval or a commercial license granted by us.

3. User-Generated Content

Our platform allows users to interact, post comments, and upload files.

3.1. Your Ownership: You retain complete ownership of the original content you provide and upload to our ecosystem. By posting content, you grant Unique Creators a license to display and format that content within our platforms.
3.2. Data Retention for Security: As outlined in our Privacy Policy, while you own your content, we do not permanently or immediately hard-delete your content or activity logs from our servers upon account deletion. We retain these records strictly for platform security, data analysis, and moderation purposes.

4. Account Rules and Termination

We strive to maintain a safe, professional, and inclusive environment.

4.1. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2. Right to Terminate: Unique Creators reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to: spamming, harassment, attempting to hack or exploit our APIs, violating our intellectual property rights, or abusing the Digital Learning Academy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

5.1. "As Is" Artifacts: Every software, game, application, script, or service provided by Unique Creators is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
5.2. User Responsibility: The installation, use, and implementation of our Artifacts are completely your responsibility.
5.3. Limitation of Liability: UNIQUE CREATORS SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, data loss, device malfunction, or business interruption caused by the use, misuse, or inability to use any of our Artifacts or services.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. Applicable Law: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
6.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Unique Creators ecosystem shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kotli, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan.
